Five Minutes to More Energy

Вот как раз после обеда около 4 ее и рекомендуют делать.

И так:

1.​Kapalbhati (full inhale full exhale part inhale and pump out the air)

2.​Toe taps (4 for inhale and 4 for exhale; repeat 8 times)



3.​Sun salutation with side bends (1 breath per movement;  8 each side)











4.​High altar triceps presses (1 breath per movements; 8 times)










5.​Triceps dips using seat of chair 










6.​Tree



7. Downward facing dog









8.​Warrior III









1.​Start seated at the edge of the chair toward the middle of the seat. 

2.​Inch over toward the left side of the chair and extend your left leg behind you with the toes pressing into the floor. 

3.​Lean forward until you can lift your back leg up off the floor. If you can’t lift your leg, try to come up to the tips of your toes. Stretch your arms straight back or out to the sides if you feel steady and want to try a more difficult variation.
