Registration

1. Подать заявку в Secretary of state 

   Стоимость: $180 ($200, если заполнено online, online быстрее)
   Время оформления:
   Форма для корпорации

   отправила по почте 11/18/15 - 30го получили.


2. Получить Regular  business license in Department of licensing
   Стоимость: $19 (+2.5% если Online)
    !№2 делается по результатам №1

Оказалось, что $19 это только Processing Fee - а еще мзду берет каждый город в отдельности, где собственно и работает бизнесс. То есть за все про все вышло $111, продлевать надо каждый год
И еще - Initial Report (информационный, $10) бумажный, последующие можно будет делать online.

3. По результатам 1 и 2 - Зарегистрироваться в Dеpartment of revenue http://dor.wa.gov/Content/Home/help/workshops/NewBusinessTaxWorkshop/3.aspx
По почте придут пакеты документов.

Businesses whose B&O tax liability is below a certain level are entitled to a credit. The credit varies depending on the amount of B&O tax due (the total of all classifications) after all other B&O tax credits have been taken.

The Small Business Tax Credit is available for businesses whose total B&O tax liability is below:

• $71 for Monthly taxpayers 
• $211 for Quarterly taxpayers 
• $841 for Annual taxpayers
